I am absolutely clueless when it comes to marketing. I have no shop, my main business income comes from weddings and funeral work although the gift side is slowly picking up. I've been in business for 20+ years and have always sruggled if I'm honest. I always get a good response at wedding fairs, but when I email Brides from registration list supplied by the organisers, I have never had a reply . Up until recently my pricing structure was more or less the same from 5 or 6 years ago. My main advertising is wedding fairs and a quarter page in County Weddings Magazine. Having browsed the contents available and listened to your CD, I am convinced that with your help I can turn my ailing business around. I am impressed with the flower card included in the pack, is there a template you use to print on it, it looks amazing. I am now starting to build a list of customers from the last month or so and getting ready to send out thank you cards. Looking forward to the next months instalment.
